Corey and LaToya, a dynamic duo married for 17 years with a story that began at a family cookout in Richmond, VA. Although our initial meeting was brief, fate had other plans for us. Both hailing from Henrico, VA, we grew up just ten minutes apart but never crossed paths until later in life.

Corey, a former VCU attendee with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University, and LaToya, a UVA graduate with a Biology degree and a Master's from VCU Medical Center, have forged a path together in both life and business. Our shared belief in homeownership as a wealth-building tool led us to purchase our first homes in our mid-twenties. These homes later became successful rental properties after we consolidated households post-marriage.

Our passion for design blossomed as we renovated properties with the help of family and met Robert, a wholesaler who provided us with affordable, renovation-ready properties. This hands-on experience transformed into a family business, which has grown over the years.

The pandemic in 2021 allowed us to certify our skills in Interior Design and Home Staging, setting the stage for a professional leap. We initially planned to merge East and West Coast design trends by relocating to the West Coast, but life had a delightful surprise in store. In April 2023, we welcomed our baby girl, Ryan, the first grandchild for LaToya's parents and the first granddaughter for Corey’s. This joyous event kept us rooted in the DMV area, where we've successfully run our real estate business for over a decade.
